The 30 day Wi-Fi Plus Dead-Spot Free Guarantee provides eligible customers access to a technician visit within 30 days from the date of installation if any area within the service address experiences a Wi-Fi signal strength below -75 dBm in the 5GHz band (“Dead Spot”). Guarantee subject to change without notice. Customers must contact our support center within the 30-day period to report any Dead Spots. Our support team will perform remote diagnostics to verify the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will be dispatched to the customer's home at no additional cost, provided that the customer permits the TELUS representative to access the home. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies solely to the Wi-Fi Plus service and within the home where the service was originally installed.
